The Click2move project (Erasmus+) has celebrated the Initial Conference, which was aimed at occupational risk prevention managers, human resources professionals, and executives from companies who have an interest in promoting workplace well-being, particularly among (home-) office workers. The objective of the conference was to disseminate the results of the Click2Move study obtained during the first phase.
The conference program was composed of communications from four members of the team project: Dr Richard Wynne, presenting Digital work policies in place in Europe (European Network for Workplace Health Promotion at Work); Dr Anna M Señé-Mir, presenting Challenges and opportunities of occupational sedentary behaviour and physical activity (UVic-UCC); Prof. Karin Proper, presenting The role of physical (in) activity in health effects of working from home (National Institute for Public Health and the Environment, the Netherlands), and Dr Judit Bort-Roig, presenting as the coordinator of the project Main results of the C2M (UVic-UCC). Additionally, a workshop was conducted with the occupational health managers to explore their perspectives on the promoters’ profile in occupational health promotion interventions.
The Conference took place on 19th June 2023 in Vieste, Puglia, Italy, and it was organized by the European Network for Workplace Health Promotion, which is a partner of the project. A total of 30 occupational health managers attended in-person and 35 followed online the Initial conference.
