Dr Judit Bort-Roig is lecturer at the University of Vic-Central University of Catalonia (UVic-UCC). Judit’s research has dealt with physical activity and health for general population concerning multi-disciplinary issues. She has a specific interest in workplace environment, the measurement of physical activity, as well as community intervention that impact behaviour change and physiological, psycho-social and mental health indicators. She is the project coordinator of the Click2Move Project.

Anna Puig-Ribera has a PhD and holds an MSc degree in exercise and health sciences (University of Bristol, UK), as well as a degree in physical activity and sports sciences (University of Lleida). Lecturer and researcher at the University of Vic-Central University of Catalonia, she is also coordinator of the research group Sport and Physical Activity and of the PhD programme for sports and human movement sciences at this institution. She has published 60 scientific papers, has a citation count of 1,209, and an h-index of 18 (Scopus 02/12/22).

Cristina Vaqué works as a Professor of the Faculty of Health Sciences and Wellbeing in the University of Vic-Central University of Catalonia in the Department on Social Sciences and Community Health. Her main subjects are Food Education Strategies, Education for Health and Qualitative Methodology. She has a background in health promotion, human nutrition and dietetics, and qualitative methods. She participated of multiple studies that aim to promote the health of different communities, including the design, implementation and evaluation of health and well-being promotion programs.
She is WP1 member and the quality manager of the Click2Move project.
Anna M. Señé-Mir

Anna M. Señé-Mir holds a PhD in Psychology by the Autonomous University of
Barcelona (with special prize award). She also holds an MSc in Health and Community Welfare, and a BSc in PA and Sport Sciences. Since 2013 she has been a lecturer at University of Vic-Central University of Catalonia. She is also a member of the GREAF at the same institution. Her research area is focused on physical activity related to public and occupational health by using the observational methodology, movement integration in different settings, and physical education. She is the communication manager of the Click2Move project and is involved in different parts of the project.

Iris Parés Salomón is a PhD student in the pan-European Click2Move Project, she is joined in the University of Vic. She finished physiotherapy degree in the University of Vic on 2018, and on 2019-2021 studied Osteopathy in Escoles Universitàries Gimbernat.

Technological University of the Shannon

Kieran Dowd
Kieran Dowd PhD
Since 2016, Kieran has worked as a lecturer in the Department of Sport and Health Sciences in the Technological University of the Shannon, Athlone, Ireland. He is the lead of the Exercise and Health strand of the SHE Research group, and coordinates the B.Sc. Physical Activity and Health Sciences course. Kieran’s primary research area is the measurement of activity behaviours, with a specific interest in sedentary behaviours. His research also focuses on the development and implementation of interventions aimed at modifying activity behaviours in children and in clinical populations, including people living with dementia and people living with and beyond cancer. Kieran has published over 30 research articles in this area, and has a Scopus h-index of 13. In Click2Move, Kieran is the lead of WP4, and will be involved in all other elements of the project.
Alan Coffey
Alan CoffeyTitle
Alan is currently a PhD researcher in the Technological University of the Shannon. He has completed an MSc in Sports Performance from the University of Limerick and his primary area of research is in physical activity and sedentary behaviour. He will be working under the supervision of Dr Kieran Dowd for WP4 and will also be involved in all other elements of the project.

Karin Proper

Prof. Karin Proper works at the Dutch National Institute for Public Health and the Environment (RIVM) and is a professor by special appointment of Health Promotion and Policy in the Occupational context at Amsterdam University Medical Center (UMC). She is also Chief Science Officer at RIVM. Prof. Proper has a background in human movement sciences and epidemiology with a specialisation in work & health. She is projectleader of multiple studies that aim to promote the health of working population, including the development, evaluation and implementation of workplace physical activity programmes. Prof. Proper is WP2 leader and has a supervisory role regarding PhD studies into the development and evaluation of the click2Move programme.
Päivi Reckman
Päivi ReckmanTitle
Päivi Reckman works as researcher at the Dutch National Institute for Public Health and Environment (RIVM). She works at RIVM’s Centre for Nutrition, Prevention and Health Services, is a qualitative and quantitative researcher and participates mostly in projects focusing on inter-sectoral collaboration within prevention programmes and the organisation of home care in the Netherlands. She will conduct interviews and focus groups with home-office workers and employers for the needs assessment of WP2, and will contribute to the finalisation of this work package.

Dr Bette Loef works at the Centre for Nutrition, Prevention and Health Services of the Dutch National Institute for Public Health and the Environment (RIVM). She has a background in health sciences and currently works as a researcher in the field of public and occupational health. Dr Loef is involved in the development and execution of the Click2Move programme in the Netherlands.

Viktor Sušec worked as a sport teacher in a primary school for 10 years. He has 15 years of working experience in public administration – management and implementation of public procurements, organisation of work, preparation of budget and legal acts. He has experience in preparation, management and coordination of NGO sector, 15 years of coaching experiences in gymnastics and judo, experience in preparation and organisation of public events, experience in preparation and implementation of international sport events as a member of executive committee of International Children’s games and experiences in field of social integration, equal opportunities, disadvantaged persons programs. He manages national and EU projects.
Viktor is an expert on promotion of health and physical activities in working environment and an expert manager of the project of conceptual networking “Physical activity for health”, co-financed by European social fund.

Talja is a project manager in APGA since July 2022. During the pandemic, in 2022, she worked in a public relations office at the Ministry of health. In 2021 she worked as an editor at the Government communication office. In 2019 she worked at the National institute for public health on a research about people’s satisfaction with the public health system.
Maja Pajek

Maja Pajek is employed at Faculty of sport in Ljubljana as vice-dean for Science and Research and lecturer on various courses. She works scientifically and professionally in the field of sport for all and elite sport as well. As president of the Association for Children and Youth Sport in Slovenia, she has been responsible for various national projects in the field of sport and recreation, financed by European social funds. She actively participates in various projects related to Physical Activity, Health, Leadership and others. She has been a member of the Expert Council and head of professional training at Gymnastics Association of Slovenia since 2002. Since 2018, she serves a member of the expert council of the Olympic Committee of Slovenia – Association of Sport Federations. Since 2020, she serves as the Vice-President of the Sports Union of Slovenia, the largest organization of Sport for All in Slovenia, where she also serves as head of Expert Council.

Nejc Camlek worked as an assistant in an exercise psychology lab between 2014 and 2018. Since 2017 he is an associate expert in S29 Sports diagnostic centre and a head coach at Kickboxing gym Slovenj Gadec. Since 2018 he also works in a Sports rehab centre KinScience as a head kinesiologist.

Working ca 30 years as a Senior Policy Adviser in the function of a Senior Research Director in the Federal Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (BAuA) of Germany; appointed as Adjunct Professor at Griffith University Brisbane/Australia (till the end of 2016). After retirement in 2010 working as an international consultant for OSH on behalf of EU, World Bank and German Ministries in Azerbaijan, Egypt, China. Mongolia, Serbia, Turkey and Qatar. President and Cochair of the European Network for Workplace Health Promotion (ENWHP). Lecturer in various Universities in workplace health promotion and health management and in all subjects of health and safety.

Mª Dolores Solé, from Spain is a management technical advisor of Centro Nacional de Condiciones de Trabajo (INSST) and a founder member of ENWHP in 1996. She has 38 years of experience in the area of occupational health and within the Network is responsible for Communication and Networking.
Giuseppe Masanotti

Medical Doctor, Specialisation in Hygiene, Preventive Medicine and Public Health, PhD in Health Promotion and Education and expert Occupational Health. Professor, Faculty of Medicine, University of Perugia since 2006. Main research activity is in the field of public health, with a particular eye on promotion of health and safety in the workplace. Developed several projects in the years, in particular project Manager of the following projects: “Sensitization of Small and medium enterprises to the culture of safety”, “Project FAD distance training for the workers safety representative”, “Promotion of health and work ability (PHWA) at workplaces with support of experts of occupational health”, “MoveEurope”, etc. Have over 95 publications in journals, books, reports and communications in Italy and abroad.

Steve has worked in the field of workplace health for over 25 years and was responsible for setting up the Scottish Centre for Healthy Working Lives in 2005. He occupied a national leadership role as the Centre’s Director and subsequently the wider role of Director of Health and Work for NHS Health Scotland, the national agency for improving health and tackling health inequality, and led the review of the Scottish Government’s Health and Work Strategy that was published in 2019. Steve is currently Director of Health Improvement, for Interactive Health Limited, a Scottish based health technology company. He also works as an executive coach specialising in issues around wellbeing, stress and resilience, and is a British canoeing Level 3 Performance Sea Kayak Coach. Steve holds an MPhil in Social Policy and Public Health an MBA and a Postgraduate Diploma in Coaching and Mentoring.

Crina Slave became a member of the ENWHP Board in 2020. She is an Economist with more than 10 years’ experience in managing Workplace Health Promotion projects implemented in companies. She has considerable expertise in engaging companies in projects (identifying, contacting, negotiating, and signing agreements) and in organizing and operationalizing the assessment of employees’ training needs. Over the past years, she acquired extensive expertise in organizing training courses in companies, and in organizing information & education campaigns for employees on topics such as alcohol consumption, ergonomics, smoking prevention, nutrition, physical exercise, and mental health.

Richard Wynne, from Ireland is a director of Work Research Centre Dublin and a founder member of ENWHP in 1996. He has 30 years of experience in the area of WHP and within the Network is responsible for the Research Division.
