The findings of the past subphase were used in the design of the training programme. This subphase reflects the fact that the training will be delivered online and will be adapted to the local languages of the project (i.e., English, Catalan, Dutch, and Slovene), as well as the different socio-cultural contexts. The training were designed under a Massive Open Online Course (MOOC) structure, allowing participants to selfmanage the learning while establishing a limited period to complete the training.
